What we collect

When you use FixLoop, we may collect:

Email address: so we can communicate about your fix
App URL: the live URL of the app you want fixed
Repo access: temporary access to your GitHub repository
Error details: bug descriptions, error messages, screenshots you share

Why we collect it

We use this information to reproduce your bug, write a fix, and send you the pull request. We also use your email to send you the Stripe payment link after the fix is verified.

Data retention

We delete repo clones and working copies within 7 days of completing or closing your job. We keep email records for customer support and accounting purposes.

Third-party processors

We use these services to run FixLoop:

Cloudflare: website hosting and analytics
Stripe: payment processing
Resend: transactional email
AI coding tools: we use AI tools that process your code to help produce fixes (code is not used for training)

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Your code stays between you and us (and our processors listed above).

Deletion requests

Want your data deleted? Email us at fixloop@mail.grokbot.com and we'll remove your information from our systems.
