FixLoop

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-14

These terms apply when you use FixLoop's bug-fixing services. By sending us a fix request, you agree to them.

What we do

FixLoop fixes bugs in web apps built with Lovable, Supabase, and similar tools. We offer fixed-price tiers:

How it works

You email us the bug and give us access to your repo. We confirm the scope and tier within a few hours. If the issue fits a tier, we fix it and send you a pull request within 24 hours. You test it, and if it works, you pay via a Stripe payment link we send you.

No fix, no pay

If we can't fix the issue, you owe nothing. If the fix doesn't work after you test it, you don't pay. See our guarantee page for full details.

Scope

Each tier covers one specific issue. If your bug is bigger than a single tier, we'll tell you before starting any work. You can walk away at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due after you verify the fix works. We send a Stripe payment link. We don't charge upfront and we don't store your card details.

Your code

You own all the code in your repo, including any changes we make. The pull request becomes yours to merge, modify, or reject.

Access and security

We need temporary access to your GitHub repo (as a collaborator or via a fork). We never ask for production secrets by email. We delete repo clones within 7 days of completing the job. See our secure access page for details.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at the fee you paid for the fix. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or issues caused by code we didn't write.

Not affiliated

FixLoop is an independent service. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Lovable, Supabase, Stripe, or any other company mentioned on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
